We want you to love FLOKA. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

  • Returns: Within 14 days of delivery for unused/unopened items.
  • Refunds: Issued upon inspection of returned product. Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs: Non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: Sale items, used goods, or damaged items without proof are not eligible.
